Biber Inc. (“Biber,” “Company”) is a global asset management company owning commodities and subsidiaries
engaged in a number of diverse business activities.

Biber was founded in 2003, with no centralized or integrated business functions and there is minimal involvement in day-to-day business activities of the operating businesses. Corporate participates in and is responsible for significant capital allocation decisions, investment activities, and selection of the executives in operating each of the businesses.

Biber has investments in the United States, Mexico, India, Peru, and the Philippines with joint ventures in Thailand, Costa Rica, Russia, Bhutan, and other countries. We focus on energy, infrastructure, physical commodities, and investment instruments.
