two of their Membership and Event Management Software
for the Human Resources Association of New York (HR/NY).
New features consist of an updated user interface,
enhanced member registration, member directory, member
search, content management, event scheduling, posting
and registration. More detailed enhancements include:
Member and Event Registration
- Simplify registration process by pre-populating
current member’s data and streamlining the
registration of new members.
- Carbon Copy (CC) administrative assistants
- Provided a content management system to
push highlights, newsletters, employment listings,
to members and the public.
- Administrator can manage one or more facilitators
(locations of events) for programs and create multi-day,
multi-track, and multi-session where capacity can
- Program facilitators can be responsible
for creating and updating the event content, set
management registrations, scheduling, attendees,
and manage the program information. Define pricing
different people (member vs. non-member pricing).
- Administrator can review and approve event
information before publishing to the website. Once
the program is published, the facilitators will
be responsible in managing all aspects of the program.
Event Registration and Payment Options
- Members register online and choose whether
to pay online or at the door. The event management
system keeps track of all individuals who have
registered, attended the program, and whether they
have paid already.
- Program facilitators are able to review
the current individuals who are registered to the
